We’re really fortunate here at the Little Button Diaries to know some very talented and creative people. So we thought we’d ask some of them to share their own Nap Time Craft.
She’s called Claire is a lifestyle blog written by Claire Culley. Claire lives in Brighton and is also one half of craft hub Super+Super. In her spare time she blogs about fashion, craft, food and more. Without further ado… here she is.
“After pinning at least 5 different Sharpie projects on my Pinterest I decided it was high time I did one for myself. So with a Tesco value mug and bowl and a Fine Black Sharpie I set to work. I decided simple was the angle I was going for and after a few initial doodles I went for it.
- Take a clean dry cup/bowl/plate etc
- Do your doodle
- Bake in the oven at 180c for 30 mins
Simple as that! Top tip – if you do make a mistake use a cotton wool bud and some nail varnish remover and it’ll be like it never happened!
The great thing about this project is that it’s a super easy way to make a customised gift for a pal or just jazz up your own kitchenware for the cost of one pen. Thrifty at its best!
