This week’s Instagram challenge on our @get.creative.with account is using Paint Charts/Paint Chips within a craft project. As Harper’s really into playing the game pairs at the moment, we made up our own lollipop version using paint charts. Sorry to Homebase in Brighton for clearing you out of samples!
You will need:
- Children’s artwork
- Lollipop sticks
- Paint charts (2 of each colour)
- Glue & scissors
1. Begin by cutting a lollipop shape into the paint charts. You need two of each colour. Cut the same number of shapes out of the artwork.
2. Simply, glue a lollipop stick in-between a paint chart and a piece of artwork.
I jazzed up an old jam jar by gluing pom poms and ric rac around the rim as a handy storage for the pops.
If you haven’t already, we’d love to see you join in with @get.creative.with Just tag your paint chart (paint chip) makes with #getcreativewith and our guest judge, @curiouslittlepeople will pick her favourites next week!
