We were beyond excited when this little beauty popped through our door the other day – Sew Now Magazine, with us on the front! There was some bouncing up and down when we saw it. We did a little interview with them and made these Christmas decorations, which are super easy peasy for little hands to make.
We love a bit of twinning and these mummy and child aprons we made for Brother Sewing are the perfect way to be all cute and matching this Mothers Day. The adult version is a super simple pinny style and the child’s is a slightly more protective apron, both with handy little pockets for all your stuff.
Our friends over at Brother Sewing asked us to sew something for Valentines, so we thought we’d whip up this little heart shoulder bag. We’ve made it from canvas cotton but it can be made from any fabric as long as it is relatively thick. We sewed the bag and purse together using a 1cm (3/8in) seam allowance.
